A means to embrace the insurmountable complexity of climate change, Between An Ocean and A Harbor depicts the simultaneous acts of adaptation and escape, in coveralls made of plastic tarp, a raft of recycled 30-gallon drums, and a paddle fashioned from a broom handle and cutting board.
